In short

An SEO project runs in 4 steps: from “Analysis” to “Measure and refine,” with first effects after 8 to 16 weeks overall. Each step ends with clear approval before the next begins.

01 — Process

The steps in detail

  1. Analysis

Current state, competition, search terms, technical audit. The result is a prioritized list.

  2. Technology first

Whatever blocks indexing gets fixed first — otherwise no content will work.

  3. Content

The missing pages are created, existing ones are revised.

  4. Measure and refine

Monthly evaluation, which determines the next topics.

02 — Participation

What we need from you

  • A contact person who can make decisions — not just forward them.
  • Access to the affected systems, in time and not on launch day.
  • Real examples from daily business — the messier, the more useful for testing.
  • Two to four hours for coordination, distributed over the project duration.
  • An answer to the question of what success means. Without it, nothing can be assessed afterward.

03 — Scope

What's included

  • Analysis of what people are actually searching for in your market, including competitive comparison
  • Technical audit: load time, indexability, structure, structured data
  • Content plan with the missing pages, prioritized by effort and impact
  • Revision of existing pages that are just barely missing visibility
  • Internal linking so that authority reaches where it's needed
  • Monthly evaluation that connects rankings with queries instead of just showing positions

04 — Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does SEO cost monthly?

That depends heavily on competition in your market — a regionally active business needs noticeably less ongoing effort than a provider in a contested field. For very small budgets, a one-time project plus self-maintenance is often the more honest recommendation than ongoing support. What makes sense in your case, we'll discuss in the initial consultation.

What if a competitor copies similar content?

It happens and it's annoying, but rarely decisive. Search engines evaluate not only the content but also who published first and how trustworthy the domain is overall — both favor the original source.

Which is more important, technology or content?

Technology is the prerequisite, content is the lever. A technically perfect site with no answers won't rank. A content-strong site with technical flaws often ranks anyway — just worse than it could.

What's the difference between SEO and Local SEO?

SEO covers a website's entire visibility, Local SEO is the subset for location-based searches with map display. For regional businesses, both overlap significantly, which is why we often tackle them together.

Can you guarantee first place?

No, and nobody can do that credibly. What we can promise is the work: analysis, implementation, measurement — and an honest assessment of which search terms are actually achievable in your competitive environment.

How often do we get a report?

Monthly, with the metrics that are relevant to you — positions for your most important search terms, visibility trends, and the next steps derived from them, not just a graveyard of numbers.

How long does SEO take?

With an existing domain, initial movement is visible after eight to sixteen weeks, reliable results after six to twelve months. With a new domain, longer. Anyone promising faster results either means paid ads or search terms that no one is searching for.

05 — Decision

How to move forward

The most affordable next step is a conversation, not a quote. Twenty minutes is usually enough to clarify whether a project makes sense, what scope it involves, and whether we're the right fit.

If we're not, we'll say so. An honest no costs less than a project you abandon after three months — for both sides.
